AVP - Debt Advisory Placement Team - Investment Management & Advisory Firm (8-11 yrs)
A newly set up Investment Management and Advisory firm based out of Mumbai (backed by many leading names in Indian financial services industry) is looking for a AVP for its Debt Advisory Placement team reporting to the CEO / Business Head
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business proposals submitted by the business teams and assisting them in deal structuring, providing inputs, proposals, negotiations and finalization of terms
- Review of Information Memorandums, Financial Models and other market communication documents
- Devising portfolio, sell-down strategy and obtaining credit approvals from target investors
- Review the documentation process and ensure smooth closure of transactions
Requirements:
- 8-11 years of overall experience with relative experience in debt advisory
- Experience of structuring financial products, mezzanine funding, structured debt, bridge finance, acquisition finance etc
- Experience in deal closures, long term and short-term financing products, syndication, down-selling, preparation of Project Information Memorandum (PIM)
- Knowledge of credit markets and product areas such as - Promoter Financing, Structured Finance, Project Finance, DCM, Asset Based Finance and Leasing, Collateralized Lending
- Strong negotiation, relationship management and team management skills
