AVP-Deal- Investment Bank
- Collaborate with functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change
- Work on the organizational strategic leavers along with the CEO for improvement & tracking.
- Build effectiveness and efficiency within the organization.
- Playing an influencer role with various stakeholders to get the correct status of the projects and work out possible solutions.
- Providing all necessary support for seamless execution of projects in their scale up journey.
- Work directly with Co-founder & CXOs to drive projects
- Competitor analysis, planning and managing strategic initiatives to stay ahead of the curve.
- Work with founders on GTM Strategy and be involved in the execution of the same.
- Responsible for planning activities such as performance analysis, ideation & development for product and market launch strategies.
Skills Required :
- Excellent in critical thinking skills, data analytics, financial modelling, M&A and operational analytics funnels.
- MBA from B School graduate only; 2017-2019 batches
