AVP - Data Scientist - BFSI Domain - IIT/BITS/NIT (9-14 yrs)
Skills/Experience Required:
- Graduation / Post Graduation degree in Engineering (Tier 1 Institute), Statistics, Mathematics, Economics on any other quantitative discipline
- 9 - 14 years of experience of working in Analytics for BFSI domain. Prior experience of Crime Risk Analytics/ Collections Analytics/ Risk Analytics domain would be strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and exposure to tools like SAS / SQL/ R/ Python is required
- Should be highly skilled in communicating complex ideas, Machine Learning and advanced Analytics techniques to investigators and front-line staff
- Being conversant in R, Python or SCALA (good to have).
- Strong analytical thought process and aptitude for problem solving.
- Should be adept in using MS Office with exceptional MS Excel Skills. Exposure to VBA will be advantageous.
- Experience and Exposure to visualization technologies such as Qlikview/ Spotfire/ Tableau will be added advantage.
