Client Data Remediation Bangalore

The main goals for the CDS Data Remediation Function

- Review existing client reference data held in the Bank's strategic client onboarding platform - CAR

- Remediate all known data issues and gaps to ensure all data is ready for use by various processes built around CAR

- Reduce time to market and increase accuracy for tax and reg compliance programs

- Identify root cause and work towards prioritising strategic improvements to mitigate issues overall

Responsibilities and Tasks

As India lead for Data Remediation

- Lead the setup and consolidation of Data Remediation function in Bangalore covering Business Relationships Remediation, Regulatory Aligned Remediation and UP Remediation

- Assist in framing KOPs and KPIs around key processes within Data Remediation

- Work with SME's within the larger Client Data Services across locations to obtain required skillsets to have the right level of support required to the end to end Data Remediation required for the Key Clients chosen by the Business

- Frame required KOPs and KPIs around key processes within Data Remediation

- Help agree realistic timelines and milestones with key stakeholders / Business

- Develop and monitor KPI's and KRI's and other regular MIS that can be published to show progress

- Manage recording, tracking and reporting all known Risks and Issues

- Keep track of all data issues to initiate end to end RCA

- Initiate required systematic changes both technology and operational processes to reduce / eliminate data issues
