A reputed MNC in Digital Payments/ FinTech is looking to hire an exceptional candidate for its AVP Analytics position to its Mumbai office. Job Description: Lead a team of Business Analysts to: (a) Define an agenda for how to apply analytics to solve optimize performance and profitability of the ATM/POS/payment gateway estate (b) Deliver business insights and lead the reporting function on key metrics (c) Work closely with the operations and business finance team, to drive decision making and measure results. Key Requirements: a. 5-7 years in an analytics role having managed a team of at least 2-3 data or business analysts b. Experience in the payments space would be a great plus c. Experience with complex problem solving and analysis using statistical methods, and financial modelling d. Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions e. Graduate or post graduate degree in Engineering, Finance or Statistics from premier institute like IIT/ IIM or similar f. Hands on experience with SQL needed g. Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions;
