An exciting role for experienced analytics professionals in developing and performing data analytics solutions across all audit activities of one the world's largest financial organisation, by proactively identifying key data sources and re-performing business processes on large data sets to report exceptions.   LOCATION : Mumbai  YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER :   A leading, global firm with a distinguished clientele providing extensive financial and asset management services.  YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :  - Partnering with auditors/managers to analyze needs and recommend solutions to help execute audit activities in the most effective way.  - Performing full-population data retrievals and/or sampling on large data sets, independently re-perform business processes, and identify exceptions.  - Designing queries and tools to support various types of audit activities including: Audits, Continuous Monitoring, Issue Validations, Risk Assessments, and ad-hoc reporting  - Managing relationships with Audit Managers and partner with peer data analytics team to share ideas and enhance skills across the Audit department.  - Communicating with key stakeholders (audit managers) of the assigned businesses covered.  - Developing innovative, re-usable self-service tools that can be leveraged by the auditors, while working in compliance with the organizational policies.  THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:  - A Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5 years of related experience (financial services, internal audit, data analytics, technology, compliance or risks/controls)  - Experience in querying, transforming, and presenting data using tools like: Excel/Access/VBA, SQL, SAS, Tableau, QlikView, BRIO/Hyperion, Spotfire etc.  - Experience of working with complex data sets, drawing conclusions and reporting findings.  - Knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulations, are a plus.  - Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.  - Positive attitude, self-motivated and confident with the ability to learn quickly, adjust to changes and think outside the box.  WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU :   - Strong visibility to the Senior Leadership and an opportunity to make a name for yourself.   - A Meritocratic culture with clear career progression & learning opportunities.   - Monetary & Non-Monetary benefits for the right candidate at par with the best in the market.   REACH US :   If you feel this will add value to your career, then either apply or contact me on 8968314944
