AVP - Cyber Security/Network Security - Investment Bank (15-20 yrs)
Direct Responsibilities :
- Responsible for management of the ongoing security engineering support, maintenance,
- HR/Administrative liaison for APAC Production Security staff
- Deploy Production Security Governance
- Partner with the other Infrastructure and support teams to deliver secure infrastructure services to organizations
Technical & Behavioral Competencies :
- 15 years in IT Security minimum
-Should have min 3 to 4 yrs team management exp with exposure on handling min 30 to 35 members
- Demonstrated expertise and experience with various security disciplines including end point protection, vulnerability and compliance management, privileged access management and governance, security monitoring, data loss prevention program, network and operating system security.
- Good understanding in Incident Remediation and Response Rule Management.
- Good Oral, Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Should have very good analytical skillset.
- Good in team mentoring and motivating staff and communicating goals.
- Experience with a wide array of security platforms, protocols, tools, and technologies.
- Must hold a bachelor's degree.
- Experience in a Production environment is appreciated
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment is appreciated
Specific Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or IT related preferred)
- Minimum one certification is mandatory - CISA, CRISC, CISSP & other relevant certifications.
Other Details :
1) Network Security (Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention/Detection(IPS/IDS).
2) SIEM - Security information & event management, security operations center experience
3) Vulnerability scanning - people who have worked on this topic with tools like NEXPOSE, Qualys etc
4) Worked on security tools like mc-afee threat detection, Symantec, Tanium, gatewatcher, RSA etc
5) PAM - Privileged access management - worked on CyberArk of similar PAM tools.
Tech is 60% of the JD and the remaining is 40% team management, leadership, mentoring, administrative like Hiring, invoicing, SLA, timesheets, shift allowances, Budget etc
