AVP - Customer Success - CRM Consulting - Middle East (15-25 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop new business through existing accounts by having an understanding of the customer's business, identify and explore commercial opportunities with the accounts.

- Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.

- Prepare plans, encompassing sales and pricing activities, to maximize opportunities and value for both parties.

- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts

- Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.

- Understand and clearly articulate the company's value proposition

Desired Profile :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Extrovert - Does not mind calling new / unknown people.

- Prior experience of Customer facing role.

- CRM implementation experience (functional). Large CRM implementation experience of products like Siebel is needed with flair for sales.

- Good CRM consulting experience

- Critical thinking and strong decision making.

- Solution oriented and problem solving skills.

- Should have good experience in managing and leading high performing teams

- Experience of proposal preparation, contract discussion and negotiation

- Prior experience in handling clients from Middle East region.
