This will be an All-India job with a team member looking at Service in the designated branches. For this Customer Service team to develop : Service scorecard and key performance vectors to be developed to ensure measurement
- Development of transaction fulfillment metrics for high / low volume
- Developing service scorecards
- Bring the VOC (Voice of Customer) trending to senior management
- Measurement of TAT for all transaction
- Service Process Improvements
