AVP - Customer Due Diligence - Bank (3-14 yrs)
Job Purpose
To ensure Quality Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and to help reduce RM toil in CDD process for Onboarding/ReKYC.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure smooth account opening/ReKYC through quick and efficient movement across CDD process without compromising the quality of Screening
- To hand-hold RMs regarding the documents required and the query resolution.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaising with Business for the requirements with regards to Account On-boarding/ReKYC for prospects/clients of various Constitution. (Eg. Private Limited, Partnership, Proprietorship etc).
- Creating Detailed Case in Account Opening System (AOS) for each On-boarding/RekYC.
- Play an expert role as an advisor to RMs regarding resolution of the queries raised during the CDD screening process. This will ensure quality and quicker Turnarounds in Account Opening.
- Possess knowledge about RBI KYC guidelines (KYC Master Circular & Need for Discipline Circular) and documents of Corporate (different constitutions) Account Opening.
- Adherence & Compliance of Bank's internal guidelines.
