Position: AVP Credit Risk/RWAC Consultant

Industry: Banking & Financial Services (Consulting)

Location: PAN India (Hybrid - Visit to client site as required)

Experience: 10-15 years

Notice Period: Up to 30 days (Immediate joiners preferred)

Key Skills & Expertise:

- Deep knowledge of Basel I/II/III and Basel 3.1 regulatory guidelines

- Experience in RWA computation based on standardized approach

- Expertise in Capital & Impairment Reporting

- Strong understanding of Banking Products, Asset Classification, CCF, CRM Adjustments, and Securitization

- Hands-on experience in Credit Risk & Market Risk

- Proven ability in Regulatory Project Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:

- Interpret and implement Basel I/II/III & Basel 3.1 regulatory guidelines across banking operations.

- Ensure compliance with Risk-Weighted Asset (RWA) computation standards using the standardized approach.

- Oversee Capital & Impairment reporting to regulatory authorities.

Financial & Risk Analysis:

- Work on on-balance sheet & off-balance sheet RWA calculations.

- Analyze asset classification, credit conversion factors (CCF), CRM adjustments, and securitization frameworks.

- Evaluate credit risk, market risk, and their impact on capital adequacy.

Regulatory Project Management:

- Lead and manage regulatory-driven projects in risk & compliance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of regulatory changes.

- Provide insights on risk mitigation strategies and process improvements.
