AVP - Credit Initiation/Decision & Collections System & Programming - BFSI

Location - First 1 year work from Chennai and then in PUNE

We need Only female Candidate.

Shift time- Any 9 hrs shift within 7:30 am to 9pm.

This is Team handling role.

- FICO Blaze tool experience is MUST

- Project Management experience in Automation, System design and programming is MUST.

Position-The Credit Decision Manager (Equivalent to AVP )

Job Qualifications:

- At least 8+ years of experience in system design & programming

- Strong logical thinking & analytical skill needed for understanding system flow.

- Exposure to credit initiation process & policy is required

- Credit Cards / Personal Loans Experience is Required with Rule Engine Hands-On

- Demonstrated project management skills.

Job Description

The Credit Decision Manager is Manager level position responsible for leading the Cluster of CDE Countries as well managing Collections Automation Process for APAC and EMEA Regions. in coordination with the Risk Policy & Regional teams. The overall objective of this role is to ensure a Country team's delivery and support for Credit Policy & Collections Automation through Blaze & Eclipse respectively.

Responsibilities :

- Manage Credit Decision & Collections teams including various Supervisors, Sr. Supervisors and support staff in various roles

- Provide end-to-end support to country risk on setup/maintenance of credit acquisition rules using CDE / RMA

- Participate in GC Agile Release Management - understand CI / CDE requirements, analyze impact, design solution, translate to rules setup, support testing & implementation

- Support sanity testing in blaze upgrade activities

- Supervise the daily workflow for a Country unit that performs Rule Authoring

- Solve unique services on issues/problems and recommend workarounds on Requirement Analysis, Design and Coding
