Its founders are IIT and ISB alumni with deep experience in the fin-tech industry, from earlier working with organizations like Axis Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Fractal Analytics, and Housing.com. It has raised funds of Rs. 100 Crore from finance industry stalwarts and is growing by leaps and bounds.

As the AVP Credit, you will be responsible for driving the brand marketing team to accomplish the following :

- Responsible for credit underwriting & credit policy formulation.

- Responsible for end to end completion of a transaction from login to sanction, including interaction with borrowers to understand credit requirements.

- Finalizing of sanction terms and negotiating with clients.

- Getting approvals internally and documenting as per credit policy.

- The hiring of Credit Processing agencies (CPAs) and process and policy training.

- Completing transactions within the required TAT.

- Designing new experiments and programs to test new segments and monitor its performance.

- Responsible for minimizing Fraud risks by constantly evaluating process gaps and improvising risk policy.

- Team Management & Training new team members.

Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

- 5-10 years experience in Credit & Risk department of Banks, NBFCs, Credit rating agencies

- CA/ MBA with relevant exposure in unsecured business loans

- Highly customer-obsessed thinking

- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills

Experience: 5 to 10 years
