Assistant Vice President - Corporate Treasury (Forex & Derivative Sales)  We have been retained by a foreign bank to identify an Assistant Vice President- Corporate Treasury (Forex & Derivative Sales) to be based at Mumbai.  Job Purpose :   - To drive Forex / Derivatives product / Sales with a focus on revenue generation.  - To build and maintain an active client base and develop strong relationships with corporate and institutions.  Responsibilities :   - Responsible for marketing and promoting treasury products. The products include spot, outright forex and interest rate derivatives, deposits and structured assets.  - Responsible for derivative structuring and managing the derivatives book. Structuring of derivatives products, generation of trade ideas, hedging and managing risks on the book, interaction sales teams, various counter parties and trading desks within the bank.  - To build a strong and focused client relationships with the ability to optimise the return to risk ratio.   - Responsible for mitigating the banks risks by intimating clients of the risks related to the products desired, ensuring that the legal documentation and credit limits and regulatory requirements are complied with.   Desired Skills :   - Strong origination and deal closure skills.   - Good relationship management & service focus Skills.  - Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal & influential Skills.  - Sound problem solving and decision making skills.  - Should be proactive, focused & service oriented  - Ability to anticipate & identify client needs  - Strong planning and organizing skills  Candidate Profile :   - Candidates should be Chartered Accountants / MBAs/ CFAs from premium business schools with about 3 to 5 years relevant experience in a corporate treasury of a reputed bank.
