About the Client :
Our client is one of the country's largest player within the Assessments and Examinations space.
Role :
- Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for control of Corporate Customer relationship, liaison, including Corporate Sales and ensuring delivery through delivery team at the right time
- The position will own the national corporate business and is ultimately responsible for the management, quality, and timely delivery of services to customers.
- This includes utilizing resources, both internal and external and coordinating the efforts of team members, including third party contractors or consultants.
- Own the overall accountability, for the end-to-end management of Corporate Sales Revenue
- Ensure the timely, high-quality and cost-effective delivery
- Co-ordinate through the operations for all activities and acts as the escalation point for all issues specific to projects
- Perform reviews on a consistent basis to ensure project delivery is on time and on budget.
- Co-ordinate with the teams and vendors to ensure the right teams are working on the right build components at the right time, with clear expectations of milestones and goals
- Represent JBR to customers at customer meetings, business reviews, and other critical meetings

About the Candidate :
The person is expected to be self-motivated, proactive, and an out-of-the-box thinker. He should demonstrate high levels of initiative and integrity, and bring together a strong technical foundation with strong people management and leadership skills. He will be responsible for all aspects of building the team including hiring, review, and maintaining a strong and healthy team environment.
The person should have good understanding of Assessment space and especially Computer Based Testing platforms.
