 Corporate HR for an Edtech leader based in Bangalore
We are working for one of the largest Edutech player based in Bangalore.

Role - AVP Corporate HR/ HRBP

KRA's:

- Analyze trends and metrics and support the central HR initiatives

- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

- Implement the employee engagement plan

- Provide HR policy guidance

- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

Candidate Profile : 

Specifically, the candidate should have:

- MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 B-School in HR

- 7-9 years experience in Human Resources

- Excellent people management, analytical and communication skills
