Position Title, Responsibility Level - Assistant Vice President

Function : Finance Controllership

Education Requirements : Chartered Accountant

Work Experience Requirements : Minimum of 10-12 years of experience post qualification

Location : Noida

Broad responsibilities :

- Oversee and support finance shared center responsible for finance operations (GL,AP, T&E,FA) related to multiple legal entities of Exl

- Lead timely monthly financial closing and reporting for multiple legal entities of Exl

- Lead annual closing as per IGAAP/IND-AS including managing internal and external audits, Sox and other regulatory compliances

- Supporting SEC reporting requirements during Quarterly and annual audit reviews of group company listed in US

- Lead and support transformation and improvement projects undertaken from time to time both in finance shared center and controllership

- Support SOX and other compliance requirements applicable to controllership

- Effectively manage team including two Manager/Sr. Manager

- Support in integration of new acquisitions and related accounting

- Process Specific Skills

- Good in MS Excel

- Analytical skills

- Reasonable working knowledge of Oracle ERP R-12

Fixed Salary - Raning 25L-27L + 15% annual bonus
