AVP - Corporate Actions - BFSI

Job Location : Pune

Experience : 8 to 12 years

- Responsible for transitioning of any new process within Asset Services area

- Formulating strategy, hiring people, working with onshore to get the training requirements in place.

- Must be into Corporate Actions in his present role for at least 2 years.

- Identifying operational risks proactively and mitigating appropriately.

- Serve as Internal/external escalation point

- Ensure adequate back-ups created for all critical positions and assist other teams during contingencies (Staff shortage, high volumes etc)

- Work very closely with the process owners/stakeholders and other internal clients for overall growth
