Job Description

- Reporting into the Compliance lead, you would be a part of the Center of Excellence (CECoE) and would be responsible for providing compliance support to various units within the bank. Your primary responsibilities would include: Examine and test various activities being carried out in CECoEfrom a compliance perspective

- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and policies Work with the various control functions within the bank to identify potential issues and accordingly take corrective actions Track changes in the regulatory environment and update different departments about any changes in the regulatory environment

The Successful Applicant

- You must possess the following: CA/ MBA from areputed university 6+ years of experience within control and compliance domain Excellent knowledge of the Indian regulatory environment Ability to operate and influence at executive level and build relationships with key stakeholders Proven success in stakeholder management and working in diverse teams.
