AVP - Consumer Research - New Product Development - FMCG (8-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Lead the end to end process of generating brand and consumer insights for India Business
- Understand the problems / issues of internal clients and offer them research solutions
- Designing consumer / market research requirements (both Quantitative and Qualitative) with special emphasis on matching proposed research to project and business objectives
- Involved in questionnaire designing, data collection, agency management, data analysis & findings presentation
- Managing the design and execution of primary and secondary research, internal business analysis, and market and competitor analyses to successfully guide and influence sales and marketing decision
- Handling research/analytics agencies to deliver high quality outputs
- Planning & managing the research budgets
INNOVATIONS/ NPD Project Management :
- Developing the innovation funnel through a 360 degree process
- Conceptualization to launch, which includes: initial idea testing, concept testing, and product testing
- Lead the product innovation projects (ideation to post launch activities)
- Post launch evaluation to understand the impact of the campaign as well as rub off on sub brands to better define the master brand architecture
- Manage the NPD project in a structured manner
- Develop LTO concepts and build a 1 year pipeline
- Manage all research linked to NPD
- Manage S&OP forecasts to a product category level MOM
- Special projects like Caf- and TNT Menu Communication
