AVP - Compliance - NBFC (13-18 yrs)
- Should have experience heading compliance for NBFC.
This role will define, design, enhance compliance policy and framework.
- Should possess good Interpersonal relationship across functions.
- Will define areas of priority and ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to measure and monitor.
- Will interface with regulators and disseminate regulations and requirements to all business functions.
- Promote a compliance culture through programs and training.
- Formulate robust tests and procedures, perform reviews and ensure adherence to all laws and circulars.
- Investigate and act on matters related to compliance with regular reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance of regulatory/ supervisory directions given by RBI.
- Define risk mitigation plan and monitorable action plan.
