Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing Compensation and payroll activities for local employees & Expatriates of the bank
- Design tax friendly compensation structure, job banding & evaluation methods for the bank
- Propose effective employee benefits schemes, bonus and increment structure to the management.
- Manage Performance Management System for the bank, do the market research and recommend effective solutions.
- Manage taxation matters related to expatriates, filing of the returns, validating their tax calculations related to local employees and expatriates.
- Manage leave & attendance system and statuary compliance.
Preferred Candidate:
- 7-12 years of experience in Financial services or consulting sector.
- Understanding of the tax norms for local and expatriates..
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
