Location- Bank’s Central office in Mumbai

Key Responsibility

1. Responsible for the governance and implementation of best global practices in Comp and Benefit for the entire organisation including that of Board Members.

2. Monitor statutory and legal compliances and ensure that all guidelines are met as required by the law of the land

3. Design and deliver strategies to ensure total rewards are closely aligned with individual and / or team performance and engagement.

4. Use Market Research to develop and tailor policies, programs that address the organization’s ability to attract, retain and engage employees.

5. Stay abreast of market conditions through surveys and external networking and ensure competitive market-based pay structures are in place and link to overall business and organizational strategies.

6. Design and lead the annual salary increase survey for the organization.

7. Design and recommend changes to Bonus Plans which drive high performance.

The incumbent will report to The CnB Head of the organisation. Compensation is no constraint for right candidate.

Candidate Profile:

- The candidate must have worked extensively in C&B with a large corporate in Banking/Telecom/IT or in group companies of large corporations.
