VICE PRESIDENT - COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

- A renowned real estate company is searching for a seasoned experienced candidate to be a part of its Commercial Real Estate Leasing and Capital Markets Team. The role shall involve positioning Commercial Real Estate Portfolio to Corporate Clients and also identifying Land and Development Projects to be added to company's Portfolio.

KEY SKILLS - Land and Development: Identifying opportunities with strategic value to the organisation, Deal Structuring and Stakeholder management

- Commercial Real Estate Leasing: Business Development, networking with Corporate clients and identifying opportunities to lease the organisations commercial real estate

- Market Intelligence : In-depth market intelligence of Commercial leasing and Land and Development

- Professional communication: Excellent public speaking skills and the confidence to brainstorm with multiple teams and industry contacts

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Competition Mapping ( City Level ), review sales team performance on a weekly, monthly & quarterly Basis.

- Identify Land and development opportunities

- Conducted locations studies to identify potential development opportunities.

- Should have understanding of Mumbai DCR for FSI Calculation and should be able to do Financial Feasibility (P&L)

- Establishes corporate relationships with key decision-makers across various organizational levels

- Feasibility studies for market expansion, product, pricing, sales velocity estimations studies, market trend analysis.

- Carry out substantive business development work to secure new leads, proposals and pitches to add to the overall leasing deals done by the team.

- Presenting the organisations vision and products, create awareness, understanding, interest and preference among corporates

- Formulate the leasing strategy and develop the leasing plan for the commercial office spaces and retail spaces based on market intelligence/ retailer inquiries

- Formulate a comprehensive list/database of potential clients for commercial leasing

- Drive the various marketing activities for commercial leasing in terms of effective corporate presentations to International Property Consultants (IPCs)

- Drive negotiations with intending Lessees and structure deals

- Drive and monitor the completion and signing of the Letter of Intent (LOI) by the Lessees post review of all clauses, discussions and further negotiate, monitor and close the Lease Agreements with the Lessee.

- Strategies and Leads responses to Request for Proposals (RFP) including the presentation and closure

- Prepare periodic leasing reports, ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance and feedback to the stake holders.

- Ensure accurate inputs for finalization of lease agreements and completion of lease documentation for closures and renewals/expansion in respect to the Client's Space requirements.

- Build & maintain relationship's with IPC's.

Experience - Twelve to fifteen years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Leasing

- Experience of working with IPCs on commercial real estate projects

- Experience of having worked on end to end transaction closures

Education - MBA with Marketing specialization from Tier 1 Institute
