Job Title: Unit Manager - Collection Payment Operations - Retail Assets Operations

Job Grade Range: Asst. Vice President

Department: Retail Asset Operations

Reporting To: Lead - Collection and Service Operations

Experience: 8-10 years

Location: Mumbai - Thane

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The candidate should be well versed with FinnOne Loan Management System/similar LMS system.

- The candidate should have Good communication & interpersonal skills to interact with collection / customer service & other Stakeholders.

- Candidate should have sound technical skills to drive Digital System integrations within multiple applications.

- Conceptualization, Building Solutions in constant discussion with Business partners, OEM (Solution Providers) & Tech stakeholders and presenting the approach to senior management by using presentation tools.

- The candidate should have effective skills to handle and manage on roll & outsourced Staff. Should have managed a Team of 5-10 employees.

- Candidate worked for Digital Payments shall be given preference. Should have well versed with Digital payments products and should have strong understanding Payment Systems such as RTGS/NEFT/UPI/IMPS and other modes.

- Drive collaboration with internal stake holders to develop & implement requirement for new and existing systems/solutions.

- Candidate should have excellent written & verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of Finnone or similar loan System and Understanding of LOS (Loan origination)and LMS (Loan Management system) including configurations & API integrations shall be given preference.

- Required expertise in all API integrations, RPA (Robotics Automation Knowledge) can also be given preference.

- Candidate worked on recurring payments and PG shall be given preference.

- The candidate should have experience in managing & driving quality & SLA for the unit

- The candidate should have inclination towards the need of Automation & Process improvement and drive the same in the unit.

- The candidate should be able to manage Audit.

Candidates with 8-12 Years of relevant experience into the same are eligible for this profile.
