AVP - Collection - MSME Vertical - Bank (8-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- To be successful in this role, you must possess knowledge and experience of collections using data, analytics, planning and process excellence.
- Should be able to strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments.
- Responsibilities and Duties Monitor Various delinquency parameters and maintain delinquency at the desired levels for the location / portfolio assigned.
- Implement and execute collections strategy. Ensure achievement of process efficiencies in collections. Minimize credit losses and optimize cost of collections.
- Adhere to Code of Conduct, Procedures, Policies and guidelines of the Organization Compliance, legal and regulatory norms of the region, organization, regulatory bodies, etc.
- Management of outsourced service providers and agencies and responsible for achieving collection targets.
Minimum Exp : 8 yrs.
