AVP - Client Engagement - Martech
- Taking full responsibility for end-to-end customer engagement including business analysis, business solution architecting, managing scope and schedule, delivery & optimization and client management
- Singing Merkle-Sokrati's Product & Service Offering & understand technology aspects of it on the back-end
- Understanding client's Business Objectives and Digital Marketing strategy
- Strategizing Client's Marketing brief & take prioritization decisions for the team to deliver on
- Ability to command respect & drive meetings with CXO level members
- Creating customized & impactful presentations to showcase performance impact
- Be heart, mind and voice of client within Sokrati
- P&L owner and opportunistic around cross-selling & up-selling to grow client relationship with Merkle-Sokrati
- Coordinate with Client, Sales and Delivery Teams
- Responsible for monthly / quarterly business reviews with client
- Mentoring the delivery team
- Matrix manage a team of channel strategists and business operations team to drive multiple programs to completion
- Being on top of Industry Updates from technology, competition & functionality perspective
- Managing & prioritizing Prospects Pipeline - in line with monthly/quarterly/yearly goals
