Currently we are looking for AVP - Client acquisition based in Gurgaon.

- The role will be responsible for key accounts manager and acquisition of clients and Operations for WeAce globally across India, Middle East, Africa and UK.

- This role will be a part of the core team and report to Chief business officer who is part of leadership team.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful enterprise client engagement, value creation and in-depth understanding of business ops.

- Experience in consulting is desirable not essential. The incumbent will work closely with the senior leader stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to drive growth, optimize operations, and enhance the overall customer experience & engagement of WeAce platform

Key Responsibilities :

Client engagement :

- Manage and oversee all key client aspects of the company, including sales, marketing, customer service.

- Lead the development and implementation of products, and best practices to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the company

Customer Experience :

- Drive the overall customer experience strategy, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.

Profile :

- 6-7 year of experience in enterprise sales at a business head level.

- Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in the industry, with a focus on Skilling is desirable

- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance metrics.

- Experience in developing and implementing strategic partnerships and alliances
