AVP - Claims - Health Insurance

In this role:

Work and drive experienced colleagues Technical Managers, Business Analyst(s), developers, testing teams on Company's claims Platform implementations with the aim to build internal expertise.

- End to end technology ownership for the platform in driving the intended business outcomes.

- Ownership on the data processed by operations and business units is curated fully for the enterprise

- Building the solid compliance, security and regulatory framework on the technology platform

- Building the micro services layer on the platform with scalable solutions around the Galaxy claims platform

- You will be demonstrating Process Engineering capabilities and driven Claims process engineering improvements for a health insurance domain

- You will participate to the definition of the detailed business scope with internal (i.e. Product Managers, Operations, Network, Commercial and IT) and external clients or external partners and recommend best solutions taking needs and constrains into account.

Good to have:

- Several years of experience with Health Insurance claims implementations, ideally at different clients and Insurance/TPAs.

- Deep understanding of how Claims insurance products, were used to provide solutions for other customers.

- Good business knowledge in the Claims Operations
