Designation: AVP/Chief Manager-Investor Relation

Experience - 7 to 10 years

Location - Gurgaon

Experience : Hands on experience in-Investor Relation, IPO, Capital Raising, Corporate communications.

1. Managing Investor Relations of the company

- Attend Investor meetings, Investor Conferences and Non-Deal Roadshows

- Communicating with international and domestic investors to relay the Company's vision, solve their queries and build a convincing investment case.

- To Independently handle various due diligence assignments for investor onboarding, liaised with potential PE players, funds and business houses

- Managing relationship with sell side analysts that covers the company's stock - Support in successful execution of the AGM, EGM and Postal-Ballots

- Peer shareholder analysis & scouting for new investors for the company - Company shareholding movement analysis.

2. Equity Raise - IPO / QIP etc.

- Assisting in appointment of merchant bankers, lawyer, PR agencies, research agencies for Initial Public Offer (IPO)

- Assistance in drafting of Prospectus in co-ordination with various functions and merchant bankers.

3. Corporate Communications

- Preparing Quarterly Earnings Update and Investor Presentations

- Developing the Annual report of the Company

- Drafting Press releases, Transcripts and Media Communications

- Preparing CEO's speech for post-results analyst call

- Managing the Investor Relations page on the website of the Company

4. Benchmarking the company against competitors

- Peer's result call study

- Benchmarking with peers on financial parameters

- Tracking industry and global macro, market research to provide insights to the management.

5. Regulatory Compliance

- Active engagement with various internal functions for compliance w.r.t. to equity raise and corporate communications.

6. Fund Raising

- Supporting in debt raising activities from international agencies and domestic Mutual Funds.
