Position : AVP / Chief Manager - FP&A

Reports to : VP - FP&A

Experience : 10+ years - total experience MBA / CA - 10 + years of total experience relevant experience of 4 to 6 years in Financial Analysis and planning of Banking / NBFC / Insurance sector.

Job Role : 

The person would be accountable for overall Planning and Analysis that involves :

- Analyzing the Financial Statement

- Cost Analysis and Variance Analysis

- Budgeting & Forecasting

- Analyzing the Annual Operating Plan

- To analyze the operating results and evaluate the Performance for preparation of Financial Reports.

Desired Skills & Expertise :

- Must be MBA (Full time) or CA with minimum 10 + years of total experience in Financial domain.

- Preferred to look at people with 4 - 6 years of FP&A exposure in BFSI or Consulting (Banking / Insurance projects) domain.

- Strong exposure on Indian AS or IGAAP.

- Strong Analytical skills.

- Excellent Communication skills and executive presence to deal with Sr. Leadership team.
