Key Responsibilities :
- Proposing process & content management for the product catalogue and other components on the company website and app.
- Work with various internal teams to help drive tools and process improvements that affect catalogue management workflows.
- Participating in the identification and correction of catalogue errors; investigating catalogue related complaints.
- Resolving problems that appear on the supply chain (warehouse) and help improve inventory management.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of content creation / population done by others.
- Training and mentoring team associates.
- Presenting team and individual reports regarding work received and work performed.
Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements:
- Analytical Skills, Execution management
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the Ecommerce industry.
- Bachelors / Master's degree in any domain.
- Good Communication, MS Excel.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager.
Job Description:
- Identifying possible improvements in the processes you work on and suggesting ways of implementation for the needed changes.
- Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure that the quality standards are met.
- Inform the reporting manager regarding possible quality issues; analyse the situation and recommend corrective actions.
- Taking part in planning, organizing and completing the work assigned.
- Ensuring records are maintained accurately.
- You are expected to extend support hours during a critical event or issue that may need your involvement.
- Flag any updates received from stakeholders on process to the reporting Manager.
- Participate in process related meetings/calls.
- Drive appropriate data-oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals.
- Manage stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operations, process changes and escalations.

- Time Taken to catalogue and update products.
- Quality Score maintenance of above 85%
- People Management (leadership, stakeholder management, team management, floor control and retention)
- Formulate, Implement, track career path & Individual Development Plans of each member in the team.
- Metrics Management through regular reviews and delivering specific metric goals against targets. Mentor and guide Associates, Sr. Associates to manage quality, improve process efficiency, conceptualize, design & deliver trainings to the team
- Manage the team and ensure high service delivery and execution.
