AVP - Business Transformation - NBFC

Looking for a Business Transformation professional for a NBFC client .

Job location : Chennai

A full time premium MBA or CA is a must.

Exp - 12+ years

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and delivery of feasible operating model

- Functional scoping and bench marking

- Agree upon timelines, milestones and pilot scoping / success criteria

- Conduct pilots in control groups and extended pilots

- Design and develop execution cook book to support rapid scale up by BAU teams

- Setup trouble shooting methodologies and handover to BAU teams

Other Qualifications :

- Should be a PMP, Six Sigma certified Management graduate (Regular not correspondence)

- Should work in ground level execution / operations of large transformation projects (Digital, system, process) irrespective of streams.

- Needs to have exp in lending, collections, customer life cycle management in Indian NBFC / Banking
