AVP - Business Transformation - BFSI (5-8 yrs)
Our client is a leading financial services firm with presence across continents. They are looking for an AVP-Business Transformation to support their global operations.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Understanding different operations process working closely to identify transformation opportunities.
- Developing business case to be used by technical team.
- Create and design operating models to be used across organization.
- Drive automation, RPA, data analysis.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 5-8 years of experience in business transformation, automation, and RPA.
- MBA from top tier institute.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Strong Analytical and problem solver person.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
