Qualification needed :

- MBA in Finance/Marketing from only a premier B-School - IIMs/XLRI/ISB etc with strong knowledge of financial markets and investment processes.

- Incumbent must be very strong in corporate strategy. Smart dynamic personality essential.

Role :

Driving strategic initiatives to create a competitive edge while working with functional leaders of the organisation.

To achieve the above objective , incumbent must do but not limited to following roles

- Tracking and monitoring of industry trends to develop inputs for executive decision making, while working closely with managers

- Best practices to develop relationships with external parties

- Communicate and coordinate multiple projects and initiate and facilitate strategic discussions

- Monitor performance of initiatives , progress of projects

- Business planning including new business plans

- Ensure complaince issues are understood and taken care of
