AVP - Business Solution Group - SWIFT Alliance - Bank (5-10 yrs)
Job Opening for AVP- Business Solution Group( SWIFT Alliance) with Leading Pvt Sector Bank
Deliverables :
1. Be a functional expert on Swift Alliance gateway and SFMS client implementations.
2. Be able to help businesses derive business value from new features and functionalities offered from Swift and SFMS e.g. Payment Confirmation and GPI.
3. Be able to face IT and regulatory audits around Swift and SFMS.
4. Be able to manage change control process including stakeholder management, requirement elicitation, solution consulting and vendor management.
5. Be able to message reconciliation strategy for Swift and SFMS.
6. Be able to train and coach reporting staff for better overall delivery
Qualities and Qualifications :
1. Good understanding of messaging platforms of Swift and SFMS.
2. Soft skills - Listening, Prioritization, Negotiation, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Ability to Motivate Team in achieving more
3. Prior experience of critical systems management - 5 years and more
4. Prior experience of project management methodologies e.g. Agile, Waterfall etc. At least one major implementation as team lead of team comprising of developers, testers and analysts.
