AVP/Business Senior Analyst - Bank

AVP - Business Senior Analyst - Bank - Women only

Requirements:

1. At least 8 years of Business analysis experience in Core bank (CASA, Time Deposits, Loans) products as well as experience in Domestic/Cross Border Payment methods

2. Should have experience in identifying and delivering technology solutions to meet business needs

3. Should be able to support and provide guidance on business engagement for initiatives/enhancements, solutions, prioritization, UAT issues

4. Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be proficient in Requirement documentation, preparing Functional requirements along with flow diagrams, documenting Test scenarios.

5. Prior Private Bank working experience is mandatory

6. Prior work experience in cross-Function teams which include development, testing, production support, vendors is beneficial

7. Fair Knowledge of new technologies (Cloud, APIs, Microservices) and tools such as JIRA

8. Should have worked on projects in Agile methodology model

9. Should have hands-on experience in projects from conceptualization to implementation

10. Knowledge of Mainframe based applications is advantageous

11. Experience in project management. Not mandatory.
