AVP Business Operations


Reports to - Managing Director

Job Purpose:

- The role works in partnership with the Business Heads to ensure output, priorities and tasks are of the requisite quality and timeliness.


- Drive business process improvement and operational excellence across all aspects of the company in support of the Group's business objectives. Articulate Operation Excellence and Leadership Skill.


- The AVP is a demanding role, requiring great attention to detail, thoroughness, assertiveness, effective project management and influencing skills.


- The role would suit an ambitious and suitably qualified individual that does not need day to day oversight and is measured on the quality of outputs.

Job Responsibility:

- Key lead for India in Partnership Model, Handles the deliveries to the partners

- Create and implement plans for process improvement across the business which support the growth of the Group and deliver high quality services to customers

- Lead the delivery of services to external (partner) firms, ensuring a timely and effective transfer of business processes, and the achievement of agreed objectives in respect of performance

- Provide deep evaluation of the opportunities and threats from current and future competitors and partners

- Build more teams as we acquire more partners and meet their needs on TAT.

- Getting requirements form the partners depending on their need recruiting and forming team.

- Develop capabilities in continuous improvement of business processes, including the use of ongoing measurement of effectiveness and value, and the successful implementation of improvements

- Maintain high levels of corporate governance, compliance, risk management and business controls in everything we do

- Develop and implement plans for process improvement across the business which support the growth of the Group and deliver high quality services to customers

Certification & Training: PG (MBA, PGDM , MCOM) from Top Tier College. Must be committed to undertaking continued professional development.

Experience:

- Able to demonstrate experience within the Financial Services sector and ideally have experience of shared services and or corporate outsourcing.


- Some of the companies within the Group are regulated by the National Investment Security Market 9-14 years of Experience. Experience in Mutual Funds and Investment Market

Skills and Abilities:

- Ancillary experience (e.g., Operational Leadership, Investment Analysis)

- Understanding of global lifestyle and lead markets' dynamics

- Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with high-level internal customers

- Ability to work cross functionally at all levels of the organization and to manage and prioritize multiple tasks on very tight deadlines

- Support business units in their development of Acquisition Model and Acquisition Assumption documents by providing opportunity-related continuity, subject matter expertise, and problem solving help needed to gain approval for recommended business development opportunities
