- Engage with Business Stakeholders on a day-to-day basis to understand business requirements and execute a well-define plan to address business requirements.   - Ensure completion of hiring as per agreed timelines.   - Build pipeline of high performing candidates so as to support business teams in meeting quick turnaround times and high quality of hires.   - Engage with potential candidates at various stages of the hiring process - explain about the role, respond to queries and provide them with timely feedback on various stages of the interview process.   - Support on onboarding activities to enable the new employee experience settle down in his/her new role quickly.   - Ensure that regular performance reviews are conducted for all employees in the region and necessary corrective & preventive actions are implemented.   - Respond to employee queries in a timely manner and coordinate with HR Shared Services / Head Office to ensure that their requests are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.   - Process exit formalities of resigned employees and coordinate with Head Office to ensure that their dues are settled on time.   Desired Experience:  - Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations: Business HR role with strong understanding of financial services / banking.  - Computer/technical skills (if any): Should be comfortable in using job portals, MS - Excel (ability to analyze reports sent from Head Office / system generated reports and prepare simple reports) and email (ability to communicate clearly in written English).   - Experience in SAP or any HRMS would be an added advantage.  Competencies Required at the Current level:  - Technical: Should have a very good understanding of recruitment process - sourcing, screening, selection criteria, documentation, salary components, salary computation.  - Functional: Human Resources, Sourcing & Interviewing Skills, Salary negotiation.  - Result orientation - Consistently delivers required business results; sets and achieves achievable, yet aggressive, goals; consistently complies with quality, service and productivity standards and meets deadlines; maintains focus on goals.  - Problem solving - Identifies problems, involves others in seeking solutions, searches for best solutions; responds quickly to new challenges.
