AVP - Business Finance - Manufacturing - CA

Our client is a listed company, engaged in nutraceuticals business, headquartered in Chennai looking to hire Business Finance Head for one of their leading businesses.

- Looking for a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience from Manufacturing industry.

- The role will be responsible for participating in the development of strategic financial plans by providing management with all information necessary to measure financial performance

- Assist and provide input on identified process continuous improvements

- Analyze all aspects of financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

- Oversight of analyses that supports business development and strategic decisions

- Lead the financial planning and analysis team to deliver the short and long term financial goals

- Oversee all financial reporting related to quarter close and planning cycles, including income statement, cash flow, balance sheet, and ad hoc supporting schedules

- Partner with CFO to offer recommendations and support decision-making
