AVP - Business Finance & Investor Relations - CA/CFA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2-4 years

Engineering/MBA from premium institutions or CA/CFA would be the preferred qualification

The right candidate is expected to be a team player with experience in managing people and projects, a self-starter with a pro-active attitude.

What you will be doing:

- Research and critical study of industry and competitive landscape

- Designing and tracking key business metrics for each division and new business verticals being rolled out

- Creating Annual Operating Plans in collaborations with various teams

- Tracking and analysing budgets vs actuals

- Strategy and fund raising support

- Investor reporting

- Investor relations

- Special projects on strategy and growth

What you will bring along:

- S/he should have prior experience in:

- Financial Planning and budgeting: Should have exposure to complex modelling, business metrics and KPI designs and financial planning and analysis, preferably for multiple businesses

- Investor relations: Should have handled investor communications and reporting

- Exposure to strategy or industry research roles

- The Ideal Candidate:

- Highly analytical with exceptional presentation skills

- Experience: Minimum 2 years with at-least 1 year handling similar functions, preferably in a start-up

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities

- Experience of working in a start-up environment will be an added advantage.

- Entrepreneurial at heart and likes to take ownership

- Should be a self-starter; a self-driven leader

- Should have experience in building and scaling finance teams from scratch

- Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential
