Our client, one of the fastest-growing company (4-year-old startup) in AI chatbots space is looking for AVP- Business Development.

Our client is an end-to-end provider of AI-powered conversational tools that help enterprises simplify their customer experience, improve conversions and help them get better ROI on the marketing spend. They are focused on automating the customer journey through it's AI powered self-service SAAS platform, made by applying design thinking principles and Machine Learning.

Founded in 2017, our client has major Indian and global companies as their customers viz. Tata Motors, Dishtv, Vodafone, Idea, Lenkart.com, Royal Enfield and many more.

Job Profile:-

We are looking out for an AVP-Business Development rockstar to grow our Enterprise and Mid Market business in international regions. You will act as instrumental in defining the sales strategy for regions and executing on the same to meet the individual, team and organizational goals with strategic mindset, analytical and strong stakeholder management skills to close deals from start to finish. This role plays a crucial role to enable faster client acquisition and achieve revenue growth targets.

Job Description:

- Conducting presentations, meetings and workshops with CXO level clients.

- Consistently build an effective pipeline and execute on each phase of the sales process.

- Work effectively as a team member and facilitate the sales opportunity by providing direction and orchestrating the internal and external resources needed to effectively manage the sales process.

- Work on business proposals and participate in discussions with existing and prospective clients to generate business opportunities

- Managing the team to help drive and close both strategic/complex deals as well as regular run rate deals.

- Weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast meetings, business reviews, monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results.

- Accountable for identifying and working with key stakeholders to win in the work.

- Plan and execute sales, account growth and marketing initiatives

Our ideal candidate should have:-

- BE/B.Tech and an MBA degree from a Top Tier college.

- 5+ years' experience in a technology or consulting sales role (Preferably in a B2B product SAAS company)

- Good understanding of solutions selling methodology and tools.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills.

- Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions accordingly.

- Proven ability to work with CXOs and business heads.

- Self- motivated and track record of driving results under minimal supervision.
