Job Requirement:

 Candidate must have:

- Counterparty credit risk and collateral Management practices including understanding of simulation, pricing, aggregation including understanding of ISDA documentation

- Understanding of those factors affecting credit risk management, its systems, processes and functions. Including

- Global Markets infrastructure, including trading systems and deal flows;

- End to end processes relating to trade booking, risk, Finance and Product Control;

- Trade events and how they affect credit risk;

- Credit Risk measures (e.g PD/LGD/EEPE/EE/OEM/CEM). & methodology (e.g. PFE/VaR/CVA VaR)

- Credit Risk business processes

Coordinated functional testing: create test plans, define and manage UAT and manage defect tracking and resolution

Nice to have (in order of preference): 

- Regulatory framework for Central Clearing Counterparties, BCBS Margining requirement on unclear derivatives and Risk Based Margining

- Project management experience - Have delivered module or project by prioritizing requirements with stakeholders, and tracked delivery by regular follow-ups and management reporting

- Have experience in writing Change documents example BRDs and FRDs

- Effective oral and written communication skills in English; candidate will be dealing with Front Office, Middle office, Traded Risk management, Product Control, Quants and Technology teams on a daily basis who are both business and technically sophisticated.

- Worked on Agile Framework

- Worked on Regulatory Implementations: BASELIII, CRD IV, Dodd-Frank, BCBS 261, ISDA requirements, CCAR etc

- FRM/PRM/CFA certified

- Working experience on complex and large banking regulatory projects

- Ability to work with senior management globally and act as a team player

- Power Point, Access and Excel including macros development

- Candidate must read Role Purpose, Major challenges and Role Context to get a good view on day-to-day activities as CCR BA

Role Purpose (overall high level summary of the role): Global Risk Transformation Business Analysts are at the centre of how Global Transformation shapes, delivers and embeds change working with the business and our delivery partners. Primarily, the Business Analyst will be responsible for managing and executing the analysis activity within one or more of the priority programmes.

- They will support the Requirements Management, Design, Change Management and Implementation Management activities during project delivery. Business Analysts often act as experts across multiple projects and programmes simultaneously, guiding the teams on their approach to Requirements Management and other analysis activity.

- Business Analysts will also oversee Change Management activities spanning from early change planning and audience analysis; through to designing and delivering change interventions (e.g. communications, training, support, organisation alignment); and tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback.

- They are also ultimately responsible for Implementation Management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change - product-, focusing on accelerating benefits and minimising risk during deployment. Implementation activities will also include managing implementation readiness and managing the early stages of implementation (e.g. pilot).

- Alongside project delivery responsibilities, the Business Analyst will work closely with the Project Management Office, Process Consultants and Business Consultants to ensure analyst resources are utilised effectively and resource supply meets the needs of upcoming project demand.

- Implement Regulatory IM simulation model to be approved by Global regulators that will allow the offset of IM against all counterparty risk measures such as RWA, CVA and PFE.

- Implement Dynamic IM model that sources collateral data from collateral management systems for IMM and CEM.
