AVP - Business Analyst - Bank

We have an urgent opening for AVP - Business Analyst role with one of top bank.

Location-Mumbai

Job description-

Write detailed requirements documents and CR's (Change Requests) from high level business requirement documents to ensure solutions delivered meet business needs.

Create process flow diagrams from the detailed requirements. Document current state and to be state, conduct gap/analysis and ensure systems meets operational and system's needs.

Define enhancement and configurations needs to support the expansion and continued optimization of digital banking product.

Drive meetings with Stakeholders to determine requirements and answer system related questions to identify optimal way forward.

Coordinate with development teams to explain requirements and provide clarifications. Ensure any regulatory and compliance requirements are met when enhancing or expanding the system.

Lead techno-functional discussions to define configuration, integration and development requirements.

Ensure CR/BRD deadlines and project timelines are met to ensure Program goals for digital banking.

Manage issues related to risk, application security and compliance to closure.

Assist with Training and Communication Plans.

Prepare test scenarios based on the requirements and validate test cases.

Knowledge transfer to the testing teams. Assist in UAT testing.
