Domain Skills
- Customer Onboarding
- Customer Relationship Management
- Good understanding of either Corporate or Investment Banking
- Good understanding of core banking processes, exposure to sales/CRM processes a bonus
Practice/Change Skills -
- BA with experience in Change Management
- Strong skills in drafting Business Requirements Documents/User Stories
- Good level of knowledge in Agile development processes
- Good level of familiarity with - tools of the trade- for a BA (Excel, SQL, Jira/TFS, data analysis tools)
- Proven data analysis skills
Industry Knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or other CRM applications
- Knowledge of Avoka or other Digital Onboarding platforms
