- Strategic thinking and futuristic thinking around Controllership- how the world of Finance is changing and with it how the role of CFOs and Finance teams are evolving
- Work closely with clients to understand their key concerns and shaping the Innovation roadmap - Leading the Innovation agenda for clients
- Optimize use of WDesk functionalities to improve Financial, Regulatory, Management
- Reporting and Tax processes and enhance controls and compliance
- Educate users on Wdesk functionalities and best practices
- Lead client visits across various Innovation centers
- Lead project delivery, client conversation and manage stakeholders on the project - both internal and external
- Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to methodology, tools, practices and maturity
- Lead the team of experienced resources and direct/guide teams on project executions as per planned timelines
