Skills required:

1. Graduate (Post graduate will be preferred) with overall 14 years of work experience.

2. Analytical Reasoning and Problem Solving.

3. Work independently to meet deadlines.

4. Verbal and written presentation skills.

5. Must be able to simultaneously handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

6. Team Management / Performance Management.

7. P&L and Financial management.

8. Practitioner's knowledge of Information Security Management System and Business Continuity Management System.

9. Practitioner's knowledge of Quality Management System Procedures and Six Sigma Concepts.

10. Practitioner's knowledge of Audit and compliance management.

11. Important: knowledge of Capital Markets is a must and should have run Capital Markets operations.

12. Should have experience in handling contract negotiations.
