AVP - Basel Reporting - BFS

Our client is a leading financial institution seeking for an experienced individual for AVP-Basel Reporting

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Perform daily and monthly RWA calculations and reporting

- Manage team, review the work performed by them and ensure integrity and accuracy.

- Perform variance analysis.

- Act as primary contact for audit.

- Work closely with teams across the organization such as Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Financial Controls teams and resolve any issues.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- CA/CPA/CFA with 8+ years of relevant experience in Basel reporting and RWA calculation

- Strong understanding of financial products like derivatives, Loans, OTC, etc

- Experience in regulatory compliance and financial reporting

- Excellent people management and communication skills.

- Ability to understand the financial statements pertaining to Banking Industry

- Strong analytical skills with strong time management skills
