- Designing new processes related to back office operations system development in the financial domain  - Drafting policies/process/system design related to KYC, clearing, AML, Frauds & banking documentation requirement and data quality related subjects  - Giving valuable inputs in developing financial software by complying RBI guidelines  - Implementing change initiatives in the areas of operations space rationalization/ optimization, transaction migration, systems implementation and process Re-engineering  - The candidate will have a demonstrated record of team building and execution in a high volume operational environment and be able to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day - to - day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.  - Liaison with main stakeholders and team for projects requirements and perform individual responsibilities  - Create, own and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet project goals  - Manage assigned project to meet project goals and manage scope, cost, time and quality aspects of the project  - Build productive teams that works effectively together to achieve or exceed set operational targets &SLA's  - Track overall team performance by analyzing actions, risks, issues and decisions and escalate where appropriate according to the approved methodology.  - Create SLA for the operations and track performance against budget assigned  - Create & maintain process manual repository   - Able to plan manpower for operational task aligning with business projections without compromising the guidelines & SLA with business.
