To achieve organizational goals for the assigned partners in terms of targets, engagement and retention. This role will manage Key Account Relationship in Retail sales for Small Finance banks namely in Banca NBFC MFI with a responsibility of achieving annual sales budgets by maintaining robust bottom-line

Responsibilities:

- Achieve target for the assigned partnerships

- Leading, mentoring and monitoring the performance of key account Managers

- Drive sales initiatives to meet the objectives

- Business Development

- Implementation of overall business strategies to suit the channel dynamics.

- Conduct governance meetings as per business need with national and zonal leadership

- Continuously monitor and report business performance along key parameters i/e Product Mix, ATS, Profitable product portfolio aligned with channel profitability.

- Ensure 100% adherence to the sales management process. Taking initiatives for enhancing SMP.

- Conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the account teams and channel partner for continuous business delivery.

- Interact with the channels partner hierarchy on a regular basis to have a committed and strong relationship.

- Communicate appropriate expectations with the channel partner

- Enable smooth information flow on agreed business parameters.

- Ensure timely communication of initiatives, changes, developments, etc. across the sales hierarchy

- Seek timely feedback and support requirements from our field to ensure appropriate resolution

- Taking measures to enhance market share of the partnership in comparison with competitors

- Ensuring persistency is increased up to channel benchmark and maintained

- Liasoning with internal stakeholder and partner for end to end IT integration and enablement across relationship

- Taking up marketing initiatives to ensure sales team engagement , partner staff awareness and lead generation across branches for business enhancement

- Managing R&R initiatives at partner level for business growth and engagement

Requirements:

- Graduate / Post Graduate with 10 years + experience in Insurance Industry.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Bancassurance, candidate with strong sales background will be preferred
